Jim Marhofer
is a managing partner of Marhofer / Campbell Building Companies as well as
owner of Jim Marhofer Carpenter Contractor Company.
Following in his father's footsteps, Jim
started a framing and finish carpentry business in the Pinckney area in the
early 1970's, quickly earning a reputation for providing dependable, quality
workmanship. Nearly 40 years later, Jim's
carpentry crews remain recognized as leaders in the area's building industry.
Jim continues to run the best framing
teams in the business, is an avid traveler and has recently ventured into
another part of his family business...farming. |
Jack Campbell is a managing partner of Marhofer /
Campbell Building Companies and Broker for Marhofer / Campbell Real Estate,
LLC.
Jack founded his building operation in the mid-1970's,
after 8 years of teaching in the Pinckney school system. Jack's
attention to space-efficient design, construction quality and individual
customer attention gained the respect of customers and industry
professionals alike. Among those building the first Jack Campbell
homes were the framing and finish crews of Jim Marhofer.
Jack is currently the President of the Home Builders
Association of Washtenaw County. He is also a member of the Board of
Directors at the Ann Arbor Country Club. |
Joe Marhofer is the Superintendent for Marhofer / Campbell Building
Companies. Joe has built hundreds of homes throughout the Pinckney and
Dexter area. |
Kimberly Neuens is Project Manager
for Marhofer / Campbell Building Companies as well as a Licensed Sales Agent
through Marhofer / Campbell Building Co., LLC. She has over 10-years
of experience in neighborhood design and residential construction. Kim is a proud graduate
of the University of Michigan. |
Linda Schrader is the Sales Associate for Marhofer / Campbell Real
Estate, LLC.
She has sold homes for Marhofer / Campbell Real Estate, LLC for over six years and has over 25 years of sales
experience. Linda is also an Eastern Michigan University graduate and
has lived in the Pinckney community for over 30 years. |
